Abstract
Background: Decreased kidney function, indicated by a lower estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), may affect interpretation of Alzheimer's disease (AD) blood biomarkers, including phosphorylated tau ( p ‐tau) and amyloid‐beta (Aβ) peptides, due to altered clearance.
