Abstract
Background: Plasma phosphorylated‐tau217 (pTau217) is a blood‐based biomarker of Alzheimer's Disease (AD) pathology. Cognitive resilience describes the presence of neurodegenerative pathology and preserved cognition. Cognitive resistance describes avoidance of neurodegeneration.
