Abstract
Background: Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) and corticobasal degeneration (CBD) are severe neurodegenerative disorders lacking disease‐modifying treatments and validated biomarkers. Clinical trials face challenges due to phenotypic overlap and imperfect clinicopathological correlations.
