Abstract

Background: Cerebrovascular dysregulation, including elevated cerebral pulsatility, contributes to the increased risk of Alzheimer's disease (AD) with advancing age. However, the mechanisms by which elevated cerebral pulsatility contributes to declining brain health in humans remain unclear.
