Background: Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) seed amplification assays (SAAs) for detecting α‐synuclein (αsyn) seeds have recently emerged as robust in vivo biomarkers of Lewy body pathology (LBP). However, CSF sampling is invasive, costly, and time‐consuming, limiting its widespread use.
