Abstract
Background: Alzheimer's Disease (AD) prognosis is extremely heterogeneous, even with a similar burden of global tau and amyloid (Aβ) deposition in the brain, which makes it challenging to develop targeted therapeutic interventions and to counsel families on disease prognosis.
