Abstract
Background: Plasma biomarkers offer improved accessibility compared to established diagnostic modalities for Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, current plasma biomarker candidates have not been tested comprehensively in diverse populations, and represent only a fraction of pathways dysregulated in AD.
