Background: Alzheimer's disease (AD), the most common form of dementia, is typically diagnosed using the AT(N) framework, which assesses amyloid, tau, and neurodegeneration biomarkers. However, this framework has limitations, particularly in predicting cognitive decline among amyloid‐positive individuals.
