Abstract

Background: Enlarged perivascular spaces (ePVS) and white matter hyperintensities (WMH) are common and frequently co‐occurring features of cerebral small vessel disease. Few prior studies have examined the effect of cerebrovascular dysfunction on ePVS and WMH independently.
