Abstract
Background: In the coming year, adults with Down syndrome (DS) will be included in Alzheimer's disease (AD) clinical trials involving anti‐amyloid immunotherapies. Such therapies have been associated with adverse cerebrovascular events such as amyloid‐related imaging abnormalities (ARIA).
