Abstract
Background: Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarkers, including amyloid‐β 42 (Aβ42), have emerged as essential endophenotypes in genome‐wide association studies (GWAS) of Alzheimer's disease (AD), advancing our understanding of AD biological processes beyond traditional case‐control studies.
